These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the site magnetopages.com, operated by MagnetoPages ("we", "us"). By browsing the site or submitting the contact form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Service description

MagnetoPages is a studio that creates landing pages on demand. The site showcases examples of visual styles ("templates") for commercial demonstration purposes. Contacting us through the site's form does not, by itself, constitute hiring the service — engagement depends on a specific proposal and commercial agreement between the parties.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the site — including text, layouts, visual identity, logo and the demonstration templates shown on the preview pages — is owned by MagnetoPages or used under license, and is protected by copyright law. Copying, reproducing, redistributing or using the source code, design or templates shown for your own commercial purposes without prior written authorization is prohibited.

The images shown on the template preview pages are static screenshots, made available for demonstration purposes only — the source code of each template is not publicly distributed.

4. Acceptable use

By using the site, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to bulk-extract content from the site;
• Submit false information, spam or malicious content through the contact form;
